Rock Rep Fitness located in DALLAS, TX has a membership option to fit everyones goals and budgets. Checkout our options bellow.

1:1 Personal Training

These sessions are 60 minutes long and will cover warm-ups, resistance training, stretching, and a few minutes for Q & A at the end of every session. Our biggest goal with our in-person clients is to teach them to do 3 things:

1) Structure effective workouts specific to your goals

2) Learn how to properly move their body

3) Train with the proper intensity to produce changes in their physique

Online Training

For the people not available to train with me in-person or maybe have been training for a while and just need more structure to their routine. I offer customized and tailored training & nutrition program though the Rock Rep Fit Training App.

Contest Prep

This is for people looking to get ready to step on a competitive bodybuilding stage. I will build out realistinc timelines & a plan built specifically to address weak points in the physique and focus around the key criteria judges look for on stage. I will handle everything from taining & nutrition to cardio supplements, and peak week schedule.

Hybrid Coaching **MOST POPULAR**

The hybrid model of coaching is by far our most popular offering. In this model, our clients have all of the benefits of BOTH online & in-person coaching. As a hybrid client you will get to select the number of sessions per month (ranging between 4 & 8) and will also recieve a full workout & nutrition plan included to keep you on track even outside of the 1-on-1 sessions.

Traveling 1-on-1 Training

Coach Chris understands with a online brand, not all clients seeking in-person coaching will be local. Having recognized this need, Coach Chris is now available for traveling personal training (schedule permitting). This is a great option especially for out of state clients in which Coach Chris will travel to you for 2-3 days for in-person training sessions! Pricing will vary based on location and availability. *Sessions must be scheduled at least 1 full month in advance*
